The AI Train. Everyone Gets On. Together.
We don't know exactly where AI is going. Nobody does. But the train is moving — and we're making sure every Indian engineer is on it. This is our vision, our mission, and our invitation.
I want to start with honesty.
I don't know exactly where AI is going. Nobody does. Not the CEOs of the biggest labs. Not the researchers who built the models. Not the investors who funded them. The uncertainty is real, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
But here's what I do know: the train is moving. And right now, millions of Indian engineers — brilliant, hardworking, capable people — are standing on the platform watching it leave.
That is what Jetty AI is trying to change.
Why We Built This
India has the largest engineering workforce in the world. We produce more software engineers per year than any other country. We have IITs, NITs, and thousands of colleges producing people who can genuinely build things.
And yet, when the AI economy started taking shape, India was largely a consumer of it — not a builder of it.
Why? Not because Indian engineers aren't capable. They are. Not because the opportunity wasn't there. It was.
It was because the entry point was missing.
To work on frontier AI, you need a track record. To get a track record, you need to work on frontier AI. It's a closed loop — and it was closed to most Indian engineers.
Jetty Train is the entry point we never had.
What Jetty Train Actually Is
Jetty Train is an evaluation platform. You sign up, you pick tasks, you evaluate AI outputs — and you get paid per task, up to ₹50,000 per month.
But that description undersells what's actually happening.
When you evaluate an AI output on Jetty Train, you're doing the same work that evaluation scientists at Anthropic and OpenAI do. You're catching the failures that matter. You're building the structured feedback that makes AI systems better. You're developing an intuition for how these systems fail — an intuition that takes most engineers years to develop, if they ever develop it at all.
And every task you complete, every verdict you submit, every failure you catch — it's documented. It becomes your track record. A verifiable, scored record of your ability to evaluate AI with precision.
That track record is your entry point into everything that comes next.
The Ladder
Here is the path we're building, honestly and without hype.
Step 1: Jetty Train. You evaluate AI. You get paid. You build your track record. You level up from Initiate to Specialist to Expert as your quality score improves.
Step 2: Jetty AI Consulting. The best evaluators get placed on consulting projects — helping companies understand where their AI systems are failing and how to fix them. Real clients. Real deliverables. Real pay.
Step 3: Jetty AI Products. We're building 10 products inside Jetty AI across healthcare, education, fintech, legal, and more. Top evaluators join these product teams — as engineers, researchers, PMs, and domain experts. You're not an intern. You're a contributor.
Step 4: Jetty AI Forge. This is our placement arm. The best evaluators get introduced to AI-first companies, partner startups, and frontier labs. Your Jetty Train track record is your resume. We make the introduction.
That's the ladder. And nobody is excluded from it.
This Is a Family, Not a Company
I want to say something that might sound unusual for a tech announcement.
We're not building a company. We're building a family.
The distinction matters. A company extracts value from its users. A family creates value with its members. A company has customers. A family has partners.
Everyone who joins Jetty Train early — every student who evaluates their first task, every engineer who shares this with their college group, every person who believes in this before it's big — is a partner in this mission. Not metaphorically. Literally. As we grow, the people who built this with us will have a stake in what we've built.
This is not about competition. It's not about who gets there first. It's about building something big enough that everyone benefits.
If you share Jetty Train with every engineer you know, you're not doing us a favour. You're making the platform stronger, which makes every evaluator more valuable, which makes the whole ecosystem grow faster. We all win together or we don't win at all.
The Times Are Hard. That's Why We Move Now.
I know what the job market looks like right now. Placements are down. Uncertainty is everywhere. AI is automating tasks that used to take teams of engineers. Nobody knows which jobs will exist in five years.
I'm not going to pretend that's not scary. It is.
But here's what I've come to believe: the uncertainty is exactly why we need to move together.
The engineers who understand AI — who can evaluate it, build with it, consult on it, and shape how it develops — will not be displaced by it. They will be the ones who decide what it becomes.
The window to develop that understanding is open right now. It won't stay open forever.
Jetty Train is how you get in.
The Longer Vision: Dharma
I'll say something I haven't said publicly before.
The roadmap for Jetty AI goes far beyond evaluation and placement.
We're building toward a future where AI solves problems that India has been trying to solve for decades. Healthcare access in rural areas. Quality education for every child regardless of their postcode. Agricultural intelligence that helps farmers make better decisions. Infrastructure planning that accounts for the complexity of a billion-person country.
Some people call that AGI — Artificial General Intelligence. I won't use that term.
I'll call it Dharma.
The Bhagavad Gita teaches that right action — action aligned with one's purpose, performed without attachment to outcome — is the highest form of human conduct. That's the framework we're building toward: AI that acts with purpose, that is grounded in ethics, that serves something larger than the profit motive.
This is not naive idealism. It's a design principle. Every product we build at Jetty AI will be evaluated against it: does this serve a genuine human need? Does it make the world more fair, not less? Does it include people rather than exclude them?
We start small. We build carefully. We get there together.
The Train Is Moving
The AI train is leaving the station. It's not waiting for the job market to recover. It's not waiting for the uncertainty to resolve. It's not waiting for anyone to feel ready.
But here's the difference between this train and every other one: there's room for everyone.
Not just the IIT graduates. Not just the people with connections. Not just the ones who got lucky with a referral. Every Indian engineer who wants to be part of building the AI future has a seat.
You evaluate AI. You get paid. You build your track record. You move up the ladder. You become part of the ecosystem. You help build the products. You get placed into the jobs. You shape what AI becomes in India.
That's the vision. That's the mission. That's the family.
The AI train is leaving. Everyone gets on. Together.
