I want to start with honesty.

Step 3: Jetty AI Products. We're building 10 products inside Jetty AI across healthcare, education, fintech, legal, and more. Top evaluators join these product teams — as engineers, researchers, PMs, and domain experts. You're not an intern. You're a contributor.

Step 4: Jetty AI Forge. This is our placement arm. The best evaluators get introduced to AI-first companies, partner startups, and frontier labs. Your Jetty Train track record is your resume. We make the introduction.

I'll say something I haven't said publicly before.

The roadmap for Jetty AI goes far beyond evaluation and placement.

We're building toward a future where AI solves problems that India has been trying to solve for decades. Healthcare access in rural areas. Quality education for every child regardless of their postcode. Agricultural intelligence that helps farmers make better decisions. Infrastructure planning that accounts for the complexity of a billion-person country.

Some people call that AGI — Artificial General Intelligence. I won't use that term.

I'll call it Dharma.

The Bhagavad Gita teaches that right action — action aligned with one's purpose, performed without attachment to outcome — is the highest form of human conduct. That's the framework we're building toward: AI that acts with purpose, that is grounded in ethics, that serves something larger than the profit motive.

This is not naive idealism. It's a design principle. Every product we build at Jetty AI will be evaluated against it: does this serve a genuine human need? Does it make the world more fair, not less? Does it include people rather than exclude them?

We start small. We build carefully. We get there together.
